A practical shortlisting workflow you can run in 15 minutes
Sort by impressions (desc). You’re starting where demand is proven.
Filter to intent. Keep commercial/comparison/problem-aware terms that map to revenue or signups.
Split into two buckets:

You’ve filtered for real opportunities and mapped queries to the right action (refresh vs new page vs internal link-only). Now you need SEO prioritization that converts analysis into a weekly shipping order—without falling back into spreadsheet debates.
